handmade acrylic painting upon a 12"x6"inch deep edge (1½"inch-depth) Winsor & Newton cotton canvas
Started on this a few weeks ago though took a little pause from painting for a couple to rejuv (and geek out on bead crafts ^_^). Just finished and varnished it yesterday though! The canvas used is also deep enough that it's able to safely sit-up by itself upon a table top or shelf, etc. Though it's still also very much able to be hanged on a wall.

My loving Sister and I grew up playing Bubble Bobble a lot as kids so the series has always meant a lot to me and has many great memories attached. My first pixel art painting ever was a Bubble Bobble piece actually, as a gift for but who else..? My Sister!

My boyfriend recently bought me an NES as a gift and Bubble Bobble was the game he got for me for it! I died so many times! I like how derpy their faces are when they burp bubbles. I like how the edges of the black paint are crisp, I know sometimes its hard to get a sharp edge with paint!!!
